The Association of Muslim Schools (AMS) South Africa proudly presents the 19th AMS Arabic National Conference & Workshop, taking place on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th February 2026 in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

This annual national gathering brings together Arabic educators, subject advisors, HODs, and school leadership from across the country to engage, reflect, and collaboratively strengthen the teaching and learning of Arabic within Muslim schools.

Conference Theme“Arabic – The Subject of Choice”

The 2026 conference aims to reinforce the value, relevance, and future direction of Arabic as a subject, while providing practical guidance, curriculum alignment, and standardisation across phases.
